Cutting
The steel plates supplied by our company is suitable for all hot cutting or cold cutting (shearing, sawing or water jet cutting, etc.).Our company also provides all steel products processing and cutting services.
The most commonly used cutting method is thermal cutting, such as: oxygen fuel (flame) cutting, plasma cutting or laser cutting.
Laser cutting
The steel plates plates we supply are very suitable for laser cutting. Laser cutting is generally used to cut steel plates up to 30mm thick. When laser cutting a painted steel plate, in order to obtain a high-quality cutting edge, it is recommended to use a cutting speed that is 5% to 10% lower than that of cutting an unpainted steel plate.
Plasma cutting
When using plasma to cut steel plates, there are no special constraints. The same cutting parameters as ordinary steel plates can be used.
Flame cutting
Flame cutting is suitable for cutting steel plates of any thickness, but due to the large thermal shadow, it is recommended to use for steel plates over 30mm thick.
