The raw material will be fed into the hammer crusher or a jaw crusher to be crushed first. The crushed material smaller than 20mm will be sent to the hopper by the bucket elevator and then be fed into the main mill through a belt feeder.

The motor of the main mill drives the center shaft and disc rotor to rotate through the reducer. Here we have 2 configurations of drive mode for your option, you can choose reducer drive or belt drive. The roller pins on the edge of the grinding disc drive the grinding rollers to roll in the mill roller path. The material will fall on the distribution plate above the disc rotor, moving sideward under the action of centrifugal force, and then falling into the mill roller path for being crushed and grinded between the rings and rollers. After being processed through roller paths, the material will become ultra-fine powder. The high-pressure blower will inhale outside air into the mill body, then taking the grinded material into the powder classifier.

The rotating impeller in the classifier drives the coarse particles to fall into the pulverizer for re-grinding. The fine powder that meets the size requirements enters the cyclone powder collector along with the airflow, and is discharged from the lower discharge valve as a finished product. At the same time, a small amount of fine dust is released from the The airflow is brought to the pulse dust collector. The blower provides air flow to the entire mill system and creates a negative pressure. Soundproof rooms and silencers help reduce noise pollution.
